Unable to Submit / Error messages

Before you can submit to ABC you need to make sure that all error messages (in red) are resolved.  

In most cases the error message explains which section and field could be wrong and will be a link to the relevant section of the return.  Sometimes though the error could be down to a mismatch between two sections in which case we do not know which one is wrong.  You'll need to look at the two sections referenced in the error message and check your figures.

If you get stuck please give your account manager a call and they will be able to assist you.  On most occasions looking at your previous return or certificate can help you identify which areas need to be completed.
