Accessing the system / password setup

Whether you require a new password or have forgotten your existing one, the following procedure will guide you through the password setup process.

  1. Navigate to the login page:
    To login to the ABC Returns System, please go to: https://submitdata.abc.org.uk/
  2. Reset or create password:
    To setup or reset your password, click the 'create a password...' button or 'forgot password' to request a password reset email.
    The password reset/setup page will ask you to enter your email address, which we will try to match against our database.

    If the email address matches our database, we will send you an email with a unique link where you can set yourself a password.
    If the email address is not recognized by our database...
    this refusal could be due to various reasons:
    • You have mistyped an email address
    • Your email address has changed
    • You have not been granted access

  3. Receive password reset email
    You should receive a reset email shortly after you have requested a password reset. Once you have received this email, please click on the reset URL to create/reset your new password.

    If you have not received your reset email, please check your junk/spam folder, in case the password reset email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

  4. Create your new password
    Once you have clicked the reset password URL, you will be sent to the create password page.

    Retype your chosen password and click save to create your new password
  5. Login
    Once you have created your password, you can login to ABC Returns System from the login page https://submitdata.abc.org.uk/
